This place had clean bathrooms, comfy beds, and fantastic beach access. It was a cheaper option that felt right for the price.

the place was in a great location right by the beach n not far from other shops n pubs. the room was clean n comfy enough for our one night stay, bed was nice n sheets were fresh. had a good sleep after a long day of travel. staff were super friendly n helpful when we needed anything. really good value for the price we paid, especially for that location!
the bathroom had a bit of a funny smell n the shower could use some work. also, the noise from the bar nearby was pretty loud at times.

Charming Getaway with Cozy Vibes!
We enjoyed a lovely three-night stay. The bed in our triple room was comfortable, despite a few quirks. The location near the beach was ideal, providing quick access to the area’s stunning views. Local restaurants offered fantastic meals—be sure to try the seafood! Bring your own cups for a cozy tea experience.

will certainly stay here again
Location is perfect, just by the beach. Room was cozy, with an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and fresh towels. Loved the shower and the free toiletries. The staff was super nice, which made the stay even better. Only downside is the many steps, but for the price and value, it was great!

The location right on the beach was stunning. I loved the cozy feel of the room and enjoyed peaceful views of the harbor. The locals were welcoming and friendly, making it easy to relax. The room was clean, and I appreciated having a dedicated bathroom nearby. I faced a major inconvenience at check-in. The host wasn’t there when I arrived, and the place was locked up. Communication with the owner was poor, as calls went unanswered.

Don't stay here!
We stayed for 1 night and it was a total mess. The room was close to the beach, which was nice, but everything else was off. It was dirty, and the bed had good bedding, but that’s about it. No cups for the kettle? Really? Plus, the lights were harsh.

Ahoy! The local beef dishes at nearby Mackays of Eyemouth were top-notch—tender and juicy, they were a true feast! Plus, the spot's location was bang on, right by the foreshore. Hot water in the room made it cozy for a night in, just what we needed after exploring!
But let's not sugarcoat it. the place has lost its charm—no restaurant or reception, and the owner could use a dip in a hospitality course. The erratic bar hours are a bit of a downer, too. Not a 3-star experience anymore, folks!

This place was just a fitting option for a relaxing holiday in Eyemouth with good price-quality ratio. The bathroom was surprisingly clean considering the surroundings, which was a relief. Better double-check your check-in time to avoid frustrations.

Private external bathrooms provide a bit of solitude, ideal for couples. The location right next to the swimming pool offers easy access to an activity, especially on less than stellar days.
The stairs to access rooms felt cramped, and maneuvering through multiple locked doors gave an odd vibe, almost like navigating a starship with faulty docking bays. Noise from adjacent rooms can disrupt sleep—got awoken one night by neighbors mistaking our door as their own and holding a late-night chat that echoed through the hall. the lack of natural light in the rooms made them feel a bit dingy, though some may not mind a dark atmosphere.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
